The Grill and Cow Maturation Cellar
The restaurant has become the essential and reference place for all meat lovers. Since 2018, the Grill and Cow has had its own meat maturation cellar. The meats will mature there for a fortnight, which will give them a particular taste of hazelnut, a texture and a flavor in the mouth that will delight all connoisseurs and meat lovers.
The Grill and Cow receives its meat in the form of large pieces that will be cut to order. Depending on the supply, you will be able to discover various pieces (Tomahawk rib, T-bone, Picanha...) of all kinds of breeds, from the Charolais to the Black Angus via the Spanish Galicia or even the delight of Japan, the Wagyu meat, famous for the finesse of its marbling.
